Learning Zen Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu is a gentle, non invasive body therapy that is best applied through warm, loose comfortable clothing to a receiver who is either lying down at floor level or in a comfortable seated position. The treatment is based on the application of a deeply meditative pressure to the body with the hands, feet, elbows and sometimes knees, causing blockages and imbalances to be removed from the body's natural energy pathways. This improves the health vitality and well being of the receiver because these energy blockages are the underlying cause of illhealth and emotional and nervous problems.
Learning how to do Shiatsu is simple and enjoyable.
